I woke up this morning excited to get to workout!
And the workout did not let me down... it was my first "chipper" which I understand is when they throw in more than a few things (big things)... and you just "chip away" at them... remember, I'm a beginner... but after doing a 500m row, I chipped
1 mile airdyne (furthest I've ever gone on the airdyne)
30 "stone to shoulders" with a 40lb ball (this was a new movement for me!... squat to the floor, put your hands under the ball, straight arms, deadlift it then right around the knees kinda jump up and the momentum you create propels the "stone" up your body to your shoulder.. pretty cool)
500m row (and my pace got down to 2:05.. I'm gonna bust that 2 minutes mark sometime in the next 30 days!)
30 1 pood Russian kettlebell swings (20 unbroken swings! Next time I'm going to go for 25 unbroken!)
Time 29:55... longest continuous workout for me, ever!!
I'm doing things I never thought I would... and those things?? They're getting easier...
Not bad for a 500+ calorie burn!
