Back tracking to day 3 - thing I miss

Day 3 again today.
As per previous blog, I had lasagne last night and only gained 0.4!
Wow! I for sure thought it would be worse, so I am back on day 3 which has been my friendliest day so far. Depending on what happens. I will either do day 4 again and test cheese.
I want to retest Rye and cheese and lamb.
We will see what happens. So I am still 5 pounds down from when I started" The Plan" which is still great! I want to break through the 155.plus barrier.
I know that in the past I have lost up to there and not budged lower. Let's see if The Plan can fix that?
Busy weekend.... So I will really have to stay on top of my game to stay on track.
It's important to me so I will make the effort!
What are the things I miss?
On day 3 there is no 1 oz chocolate or coffee! I miss it :-)
