I have just completed 20 weeks of daily exercise. (minimum 10 minutes a day). Some days were easier than others. On days I really did not feel like doing it I talked myself into doing one of coach Nicole's seated videos. Those have been a Godsend! Even when I think I have no energy or motivation I can at least get started if I do one of those. Some days, that's all the motivation I can muster, and that's ok. I have kept the promise I made to myself and God to do this much. Many days I crave to do more. I have a nice collection of Wii fitness games. I use EA Active, Jillian Michaels, Zumba, Just Dance 2 and 4, and Wii Fit. I have used all of these over the course of these 20 weeks. I also got the Cardio blast DVD from Coach Nicole. I like that I can do the whole thing or choose a 10-minute segment. I like the way I feel today.
