I had planned to exercise outside today to try to get a little Vitamin D from the sunshine but it's raining and a bit chilly. I'll be working-out inside today. It actually looks like it's going to be a pretty cruddy week for outdoor activity so I'll be getting creative with the cardio. This might be a good time to add music to my work-out playlist.
I haven't gone over my calorie range at all for quite some time. Trouble is, I keep going under it. I know this is not good and will be working to get enough nutrition. Normally I eat at stressful times. Now, though, I think my losing weight mentality has me stressed into eating less. I'll work it out, though.
Today is an upper body day. I have a tendency to overdo it when it comes to the upper body. I'm trying to use the weights at my strength level and the number of reps and sets an my fitness level. I think I just get flashbacks, mentally and physically, of the strength/fitness level I had before and start believing I'm already there.
Hmm...I've got more issues than I thought. No wonder I am where I am.
...at least I'm aware and working on solutions!
