Talked to my nutritionist Thursday and have my eating plan pretty much nailed down. I've been doing well staying off the gluten, dairy, soy, artificial sweeteners and sugar haven't had a Diet Coke since the end of May 2012. I am allowed to drink Zevia, the stevia sweetened pop and I have come to love it! Dropped 2.5# in the past 2 weeks so very happy with that and will get to Zumba tomorrow morning for sure.
