Back on track!

Talked to my nutritionist Thursday and have my eating plan pretty much nailed down. I've been doing well staying off the gluten, dairy, soy, artificial sweeteners and sugar haven't had a Diet Coke since the end of May 2012. I am allowed to drink Zevia, the stevia sweetened pop and I have come to love it! Dropped 2.5# in the past 2 weeks so very happy with that and will get to Zumba tomorrow morning for sure.

    That's great! I am so happy the nutritionist is helping you so much. She can pinpoint exactly what you need or don't need in your diet. You deserve a boatload of congratulations for the 2-1/2 lb. loss!
