What a week! For the most part it felt really good. Not all sunshine and roses, but leaps and bounds above how I felt the last couple weeks. I lost 4 pounds this week. I'm wondering if that may be a trend for me. Four pounds in a week, then zero the following week. It would keep me at the two pounds a week average so I guess I'm ok with that. My body must just be weird :)
So the coming month is going to be a real test of my abilities. I have four cakes over the next four weeks. Baking makes me want to eat, so I guess I'll be needing extra support and prayers! I've thought about quitting cakes so I don't have that eating trigger, but I really love doing them! Besides, I'm good at it, and it helps me provide for our family without having to line up and pay for child care. I just have to learn how to handle all this, I guess. Anyhow, thanks so much to all my buddies who have supported me through the last month. I would have fallen off the wagon without you. Between the responses to my blogs, the spark goodies, messages on my spark page, and the private messages when I really needed to hear some truth, you all have been AMAZING!
