Excuse for not blogging on May 2nd and May 3rd - Forgot!

MAY 2:
Okay....so on May 2nd - crazy ordeal at school sent my emotions and well being on a roller coaster. I'm fine now but that day - my excuse was the craziness that happened at my job. This ordeal caused my hunger to go by the wayside. In fact, I went on a granola bar, string cheese, & grapes all day. Once I got to leave, I went to Chipotle. Not the best option but my food choice was a salad with black beans, barbacoa, pica de gallo, sour cream and quacamole. This registered as 440 calories + 125 for 3 oz of guac. I didn't eat again after that needless to say. I do like Chipotle because the food is fresh every day. Rumor on the street is that they donate the food they don't sell at the end of the day to local food pantries. But I did go to Zumba for an hour class after this.

May 3:
Not the greatest choices. Had a strong day throughout the school day day. Then went out for pizza with my mom. I guess the excuse I gave yesterday was - "its been one hell of a week." So I ate 1/4 of the pizza and also had a cannoli.

  OK some choices were good and some not so good. We all have those days. Just remember to get back eating healthy and exercising. ZUMBA is great exercise and a great and fun way to lose weight. I do not go to a class but I have ZUMBA GOLD for "oldies" like myself and I love it. So I would say to go to ZUMBA classes a few days a week.
