I finished this week strong 543 fitness minutes. I burned 3626 calories and the day is young.
I have been able to adjust my nutrition plan that is staying in balance within the range I should be eating, protein, fats, carbohydrates, calcium and fiber. This should bring my needed nutrition to the loose weight mode. I also have been drinking at least 8 cups of water a day.
I'm paying close attention to my nutrition report and I track vitamins and all, I supplement the vitamins with a One a Day Women + 50 multi vitamin to make sure I get necessary amount.
I have learned a lot about nutrition and the importance of it.
I have cut most of the process foods and I cooked as fresh as I can get.
I will follow this program for 2 weeks to test the results, I will keep you informed about my progress. This might be the way of healthy life. Or might be all I need to bust this plateau.
What is really important is that when I thought I was doing everything right by educating myself even further I found the reality that I was not.
By not measuring I was eating more, by not looking at my calories burned I was not meeting my fitness needs to reach my goal.
My weight goal might be a little in the low side for my body composition and age but as I get closer I will be able to determine what my happy weight might be.
Is not about the number is about the way you feel, look and act. And I'm feeling pretty good!! emoticon
