2 great things this week!!!!One I got a new job making more money and a great place to work. I am very happy and grateful to have gotten it.
I also passed my 1 year in my healthy weight range. I have been at the very bottom of it, which I now call my vanity weight and have now settled lower/mid range. Going back to basics in tracking and now weighing in every day has really helped me in heading off jumping face 1st into a sea of sugar that I would later regret.
Working on my good food/ bad food mentality, while there are no BAD foods per se, reality is there are some trigger foods that I am better off staying away from.
It's been an eye opening experience this past year, as I have never stayed at a lower weight long enough to learn the lessons it teaches you.
I can honestly say being active is a part of my lifestyle now, before I would work out only as long as the *DIET* lasted. Thanks to Spark and my awesome group of friends it has become easier most of the time.
