Great Week, New Job ect..

2 great things this week!!!!One I got a new job making more money and a great place to work. I am very happy and grateful to have gotten it.



I also passed my 1 year in my healthy weight range. I have been at the very bottom of it, which I now call my vanity weight and have now settled lower/mid range. Going back to basics in tracking and now weighing in every day has really helped me in heading off jumping face 1st into a sea of sugar that I would later regret.

Working on my good food/ bad food mentality, while there are no BAD foods per se, reality is there are some trigger foods that I am better off staying away from.

It's been an eye opening experience this past year, as I have never stayed at a lower weight long enough to learn the lessons it teaches you.
I can honestly say being active is a part of my lifestyle now, before I would work out only as long as the *DIET* lasted. Thanks to Spark and my awesome group of friends it has become easier most of the time.
Thank you all for your encouragement and support, it really means more than you know.

    Wow---good for you on the new job and maintaining for one year! You made some good points and good tips for anyone to follow! I track my food and weigh myself everyday too and I really do believe that helps me stay focused and on track. Those trigger foods should be avoided or at least managed very strictly when you do decide to imbibe! Lifestyle changes is the way to go and you proved it!!
