well...my exercise plan worked! i am inching down on the scale yet again.
however...i dont know if i can sustain that much exercise haha. it was a huge time commitment, and i ended up cancelling my plans for the night.
also -- i feel like all of this exercise is messing with my hormones. is that possible? i have been extra like cry at the drop of a hat lately, and i just started my period way early. i freaked out and took a pregnancy test, and so far it is showing up negative -- i have been stressed lately so maybe that's part of it? but it is kind of freaking me out...
