So, the challenge this week for sunny girls was to investigate your fitness styles. After taking the test at the8colors.com I have found out what I kind of already knew which was I am gold which means efficiently. I have to plan everything and stick to it with everything in my life or it doesn't get done-so now I know to always include my workout in my daily schedule! I felt the gold analysis for me is very true and their suggestion below that we get attached to certain classes is right on because the only class I ever really enjoy is Jazzercise because that's what I group up around with my mom.
