1. track everything I did track everything and stayed in my ranges
2.10 min. of exercise.walked 30 minutes and mowed lawn 30 minutes
3.15 min. of quiet time 30 mins
4 Spend 20 minutes a day cleaning something nope didn't do that
5. measure my food. yes
The day was good. I just love the sun and warm weather.
