I would have said you are full of it

Saturday, May 04, 2013

if you had told me I would enjoy my exercise sessions. I would have have said this as recently as 2 months ago. Yesterday when I couldn't believe I was still going strong at the gym it occurred to me that I'm feeling really good and it's all because of the lifestyle changes I've made over the past 3 1/2 months both in how I've been eating and in the exercise I've been doing. I have a very long way to go yet before I am as strong and slim as I want to be, but the thing is, I now know that I CAN do it. I'm inspired every day by the people I see on this site - by what they've accomplished, how far they've come and how willing they are to share and encourage.

Here's to a GREAT day!

Woo-hoo! Isn't that a great feeling? I wish someone would bottle it up so I could keep it around for those not so good days, lol. Keep up the great work!

Yeah!!! Yep, it takes a couple months for something to become a habit. Your right on target for that. I use to never exercise. Now I'm addicted to it. Never in a million years would I have expected that. Not sure if you have fitness classes at your gym, but if you do and you haven't tried it, you should give it a whirl. So much fun and its very motivating. work at your own pace. there are all ages and sizes in my zumba and weight lifting classes. Classes are very addicting and your will find yourself very excited to get to the gym! Since I don't have a workout buddy, the other women in the class give me the support I need.

So happy for you!
