if you had told me I would enjoy my exercise sessions. I would have have said this as recently as 2 months ago. Yesterday when I couldn't believe I was still going strong at the gym it occurred to me that I'm feeling really good and it's all because of the lifestyle changes I've made over the past 3 1/2 months both in how I've been eating and in the exercise I've been doing. I have a very long way to go yet before I am as strong and slim as I want to be, but the thing is, I now know that I CAN do it. I'm inspired every day by the people I see on this site - by what they've accomplished, how far they've come and how willing they are to share and encourage.
