Week 5 progress (or not!)

Saturday, May 04, 2013

Hi Everyone,

Hope you're all doing well? I am most definitely not! I'm weighing in today as I am staying at a friends tonight so won't be able to do it on Sunday as usual, and it's BAD news!!

Last week:
16st 9lbs/233lbs/105.9kgs
BMI 37.63

This week:
16st 13lbs/237lbs/107.7kg
BMI 38.27

I've gained gained 4lbs!!!

I know exactly why - at the start of the week i was killing it at the gym, then something seemed to turn off inside of me and i had zero energy, just wanted to eat carbs and wanted to sleep all the time but kept waking up when i was asleep! This is called PMS in my world! Plus i'm fighting a cold and it seems to be winning so far!

i spent Monday loving the gym and the rest of the week eating! not a happy bunny today. And usually, if i have a bad week i pull it back by being extra good on the weekends but this weekend i'm staying with friends while her fiance is on his stag do so it's going to be 4 girls, lots of wine and lots of eating (and lots of fun!).

So, basically this week was a complete right off. MUST DO BETTER!!

Next week i'll be twice as hardcore and nail it (fingers crossed)!

Hope you all have a lovely weekend! It's a bank holiday here so 3 day weekend - yay! emoticon

Thanks for your comments everyone - i really find it hard to control my cravings and not to over-do-it when I'm socializing!!

I'm hoping to pull it back this week but there's no way i'll lose 6lbs in order to get me back on track lol! emoticon

I'll see what i can do emoticon emoticon

That weight will probably come off straight away this week. Just make sure to enjoy the time spent with friends without worrying about the weight aspect of it. The enjoyment of life should be the goal, we can just enjoy it more when we feel healthy and vibrant!
