As part of joining Sparkcoach (my 3 months free subscription as part of pre-ordering the spark solution), I have decided to write my first blog. I have also been reading a few other blogs lately and have been enjoying all the great ideas that people have!
As well as starting a few new things, I have also decided it was time for a fresh start. I am looking at doing a little bit each day, using the daily streaks idea to keep me motivated. A few of things that I am hoping to acheive:
- be more active each day (and definitely be more active while I watch some of my fave tv shows)
- keep up to date with all of my professional development reading requirements (I am a hospital pharmacist)
- start to tackle some of the jobs around the house that I have been putting off for a long time (e.g. scrapbooking projects, organising photos)
- keep the house in general just a little bit tidier (namely, putting away clothes, dishes, general clutter) and slowly get rid of some items that I don't need (to either charity or the bin)
Hopefully, by doing a little bit each day I will feel more motivated to keep going! I will also try to not let exercise slip to the bottom of my to do pile like I usually do.
If anyone else is doing anything similar, I would love to share tips and stories.
