I'm not sure what to do as my goals.
I want to get back to my running. To get to that end -
I will increase my steps each day until I am walking 10,000 per day. I am starting at 2,000 today.
I will work on adding more frieggies to my diet. I tend to eat about 2 or 3 servings a day. I will increase that to 5 per day.
I will get to 120 by the end of January. This requires a weight loss of 2 lbs per week.
To do this I will aim for my calorie range of 1270-1580 (I think that's what the new one set at!)
And I will aim for 8 glasses of water per day. I tend to get about 5-6 per day, so that shouldn't be too difficult a goal. :)
