A few days ago I decided to treat my weekends as if they were the beginning of the week, as the weekends have always been hard for me. I tend to lose track as the days are less structured. So far so good! I got in exercise, nutrition, AND managed to find a healthy breakfast option when we went out with friends this morning. Hooray! I intend to keep those pounds lost for good, and keep on going!
