Just 2 lbs to go! When I first started over I weighed in a 253, that was just 2 lbs below my all-time highest weight. I am now down to 215!
What a difference limiting the "junk", eating healthier, drinking my water and getting in my workouts everyday makes! I feel so much better and hardly ever have that "sluggish" feeling! I might just reach that goal I set for the end of June! All my pants are starting to get so loose!
