Forgot my Fitbit at Home

Friday, May 03, 2013

Ugh, so frustrating that I forgot my fitbit at home. I can only estimate how much I walked today. And I really wanted to go over 10k steps. Oh well there is always tomorrow.

I know how you feel! I don't have a fitbit but I do wear my pedometer every day. Occasionally I forget it and it drives me nuts!! Now you will remember tomorrow for sure!

emoticon I know my day will come that I forget mine, too... at least you know it wasn't a 'cheat' day... you still did surely get your steps & were not just sittin' at a desk all day :)

Don't worry too much about it. As long as you keep the same level of activities on your usual days, the number of steps taken should fall within the same range.
If not, like you said, there is always tomorrow. One day won't have so big impact.

    Don't you hate it?

When I forget my fitbit, it's like losing the whole day!

We do become addicted to using the litlle bugger, don't we?
