Exotic Moroccan dinner
Moroccan Chicken, in the slow cooker
Skinless bone in chicken ,dried fruit, onions,carrots,spices,broth,to
mato paste


Layer veggies,then chicken,dried fruits

Mix broth with tomato paste and spices, pour over chicken

Cook on low 6 -7 hours

Next up baked brown jasmine rice pilaf

Dice onion, garlic,celery,carrot,parsnip toast rice in olive oil, then add diced veggies, pour in broth
Pour into casserole dish


Bake at 350 for 55 minutes-cooks perfect everytime:-)

Together making a wonderful dinner with flavors from a world away!
