So far I feel that I'm making some progress.
Goal # 1 4000 steps vs 4076 actual YEAH!! Hey it's a start in the right direction.
Goal # 2 I'm beginning to appreciate the fact that I'm okay. I don't need to be perfect.
Goal # 3 To exercise for 10 minutes. Yes I did it. I did ten minutes of walking in place,
side to side lunges, toe touches. I really want to be able to do the yoga
tree pose. It just seems so easy, but I find it difficult to stay in pose. So what I
did instead was stand on one leg for 2 mins each side. I need knee replacement
so standing on my left leg is hard to do. Used a chair for support. Not going to
give up on it. In time I will be able to do it.
I'm finding that change takes time. Not to expect results immediately. What you put in is what you will get out of it. I'm going to stay focused, and positive.
