Sabotaging my efforts

Friday, May 03, 2013

So, I am asked, is someone sabotaging my weight loss goals? Most of the people in my life do not intentionally try to sabotage. My husband likes to eat out often. Sometimes because he does not want to wait to get home. And sometimes he thinks he is doing me a favor, so I don't have to cook. And sometimes because he just want a particular food. He doesn't do it to sabotage me. He knows that I can choose to eat less or pick something that is I can eat safely. He is supportive of my goals, he just doesn't think about what is on the menu. I have requested not to go to a few places from time to time because the menu is limited. There are a few people that have tried to insist that I eat this or that, but I usually can resist. But, they are not usually around so, I don't have to worry so much.
