I am struggling to stay on any "diet".... will power big fat zero I am floating between 65 -70 kgs never seem to get below 65 or when I get there I blow out and eat again ad end up at 70...So frustrated..I work out at least 4 times a week cardio most days emoticon

    I know it's cliche, but diets don't work. It truly has to become a lifestyle change. Start with small changes: learning portion control, trying new, healthy foods, cutting back on less healthy choices and tracking your calories.

If you add that to the exercise that you are already doing, you will do great!
