Actually I had what I call a "Meat As Condiment" day:
Breakfast: Beans, egg and toast (no butter)
This is why I cant be a true vegetarian: I always use a bit of pork for flavoring my beans. In this case it was ONE Italian sausage for an entire pot (2 cans) of beans - roughly 8 servings.
Lunch: Rice & beans, salad, green beans from the lunch lady (fresh, in a butter sauce), an orange.
Snack: PBJ on wheat
Dinner: Eggplant Parm, salad and a mango for dessert.
All in, a pretty good day.
