Level 3, day 6. Hitting the home stretch...
Weight: still 143
Each day I do the exercises, the calories burned on my heart rate monitor goes down a bit. Does that mean I'm getting stronger & using less effort to exercise? Or does it mean that it's past time to change up the exercise & I'm not getting enough intensity? I don't know.
I'm very down tonight. My job is draining me and I got sad news about a death of a family friend. I'm kind of hating everything and just feeling low. Don't feel like typing much today.
