I was awake at 4:30 this morning, with good energy, so got up and worked out for over an hour: 30 minutes of Wii YourShape and 40 minutes of upper body strength training. It felt great! And all before going to work.
Breakfast was coffee w/ Silk creamer, 1/2 cup of veg-tofu scramble, homemade tempeh bacon, and a serving of tater tots. Yep, tots are vegan.
I made a green smoothie to take to work. This one was made with bananas, almond milk, PB2, hemp protein, cacao and lots of spinach. So good!
I had a banana mid-afternoon.
Dinner was one slice of nettles pizza and humuus w/ vegetables.
Then a I had a piece of lemon-poppy shortbread and a few almonds and I'm done for the day.
I'm totally loving my daily green smoothie, so I prepped this sea of greens, spinach and kale as far as the eye can see!
