Exercised on 6 days in a row! Didn't have any bread, cake, candy,or goodies during the 6 days, but I may have overdone it with "fats"! At least I have established a good habit with daily exercise and with eliminating goodies.. Now I have to do better with food! emoticon

    emoticon emoticon What a stellar, knock-'em, sock-'em job you've done this week! I hope you can hear the thunderous applause coming from my l'il corner of the proverbial peanut gallery, Jo! I'm sorry you had to go without lunch today but am amazed you were able to keep good control at dinnertime, being so famished. Hope the weather's as nice in your part of the world as it is here so that you can get out and soak in some of that sunshine. You have done an amazing job so far - mastering this whole new way of eating is not an all-at-once project, but rather a series of good, new habits we build up over time.     WTG!! I am once again starting over after gaining 10lbs back recently. My life is kicking my butt right now but I really don't want to go backwards!!!
