Sad day

Didn't do so well today on my nutrition. Buried my dad today...had pizza macaroni salad and chocolate cake after. I tried to stay as close to my daily nutrition goals as I could....but still went over about 200 calories...been doing so well this week but today was very stressful emoticon

  I'd like to thank everyone for the kind thoughts and prayers. It is good to have the support and encouragement from others. The burial was very nice...military with a 21 gun salute. And then on Saturday evening a drunk driver t-boned my brother's car! . And he is here from Maryland. Luckily no one was hurt very bad...
It is so good to know that I can have the support of others at this stressful time. I did go over on my eating though. We had a family picnic on Sunday and it was a beautiful day and enjoyed being with the family. Today is a new day and I can get back on track and move forward! Again! emoticon I do appreciate your support

  sorry for loss! I will say prayer for you..... as far as your food, dont beat yourself up over it. the fact that you are mindful of it in this time is amazing.

    I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of your dad. You are in my thoughts.

Don't judge yourself. Only going over a bit is really good considering the difficulties you are facing. Just take it one day, one hour, one minute at a time.

    Condolences to you and your family. Remember that you are who you are in part because of him and who he was in your life --- that part of you is yours forever.

Try to be gentle with yourself for a while, and don't let yourself stress over calories. This is "maintenance" time, and healing time, so try to get some good nutrition but don't let it become overwhelming.
