I am such a procrastinator. I put off little things and I put off big things.
The problem is, as time passes, I know I'm only getting closer and closer to an explosion of stress.
I'm tired of it.
Instead of just putting everything on a to-do list that carries on from day to day, week to week, I am resolved to ACT. I will check my to-do list more often and aim to cross off as many things as I can manage each day.
Instead of talking about working out, I will work out.
Instead of planning to clean, I will clean.
Instead of reading about healthy eating, I will eat healthfully.
So simple, and so much better.
