Just a FUN pic to prove the spring has actually arrived!
Although that was an "effect" - the redness, I almost look AS RED today after catching a little sun yesterday and all I was going was my lunch duty outside with the kids!
I think it is my skin's reaction to seeing sun...it has been covered for 8 months!!!!!
So, I was floored this morning when after that delicious toast I did not in fact gain a pound!
But the bad news is that I am STUCK! Stuck at the same weight for 4 days now!
I went back and looked at all my "data" and decided that I really need to go back to day 3 and start again. Perhaps I really AM reactive to some things that I originally thought was a pass?
I have not gained, but at the same time I have not lost either, so maybe I am in a constant state of reaction ?
My body is just hanging on to some weight! I did not eat enough before and so now this sudden increase in calories and protein may have shocked it a little!
So either way I need to shake things up a little, and what better way to do that than to have Lasagne with TP friendly salad and veggies all around it and everything else in the say to plan.?
I will either lose weight, ( it can happen)
I can stay the same
Or I till go up.....
EITHER WAY, I was going to go back to day 3 anyway, so whatever reaction I do have, I will be prepared for.
I want to retest cheese anyway, it has been a week since the last time I had it! ( the book says to wait a week)
So going forward I will do day 3...see what happens, and then either retest Rye and Steak/lamb and all the other things I stabalized on ,
I will jump back to day 10 and carry on where I left off!
Either way I have got nothing to lose and much to gain, well, actually the other way around, but you know what I mean!
So...today I had my first cup of coffee in a while and this time no hot flushes! It was a nice treat!
I can't wait to get on the scale tomorrow and find out just what my body is telling me!
My pants are loser, I get THAT message loud and clear! LOL
