I wanted to share some of my successes!!

On April 7th, I measured myself. I then measured again on April 29th. Here are my results:

4-7 4-29 Total Lost
Weight: 333.3 -- 327.6 -- 5.7 lb
Neck: 16.5 -- 15 -- 1.5"
Chest: 46 -- 45.5 -- 0.5"
Bust: 57 -- 53 -- 3"
Waist: 51.5 -- 49 -- 2.5"
Hips: 62 -- 60 -- 2"
Rt Thigh: 27.5 -- 26.5 -- 1"
Lt Thigh: 27 -- 26 -- 1"
Rt Arm: 18 -- 17 -- 1"
LT Arm: 17.5 -- 17 -- 0.5"
Total Inches Lost: 13 INCHES!


So in FOUR WEEKS, I worked my tail off. I ate right and worked out. It really paid off!! Sure, 5.7 pounds isn't my goal of two pounds a week, but those inches are amazing!!

Then, if you remember, I ballooned during my vacation to Mexico. I had some health issues and was miserable by the end of the trip. I had gotten back up to 353 pounds. I wore the same dress exactly three months later and the results are AMAZING.
