2# over my goal & it is scary!!!! emoticon Lot's of traveling this last 3 weeks in hotels.... home for awhile, maybe I can "get back to normal"! STILL exercising more than usual.... it's the food in restaurants, even though I ask, it doesn't always come out that way!

Otherwise I am doing REALLY great!!!! emoticon

Don't worry your pretty little head over 2#..remember we can fluctuate that much even in any given day. As long as you are eating REAL food and drinking plenty of water (add lemon to purify) and getting your exercise in you are going to be just fine.

It's when you slip back to eating processed crap that the weight piles back on. I don't think you will EVER let that happen again after coming so far...so all is well.

As my sign in my store say...Stay Calm..and SHOP On! emoticon

emoticon You are in such a Beautiful, Exciting Time of Your Life. Don't let the Scale steal that away from you with worry. It can be Challenging to eat out a lot, but it can be done. Don't be afraid to send food back if it isn't prepared the way you request. If you eat at the same places as often as you can, the Staff usually will really get to know what you want/need and will work to get it Right for you.
emoticon If you are trying to maintain a Specific Number on the Scale, why not try a 'Range' of say 4-5 or 4 - 7 pounds that is your "Goal Range"?

Great pics and I wouldn't worry about the 2#s so much. Get back on your home turf and it will be gone. Are you eating more sodium than usual?
