I should go back to bed

Friday, May 03, 2013

My endro in NC wants labs on me and since e I had a lab slip from my local endro, I get to my Gp's office to have my blood drawen this morning. Please note I have been a patient at this center since 2005 and have seen every practioner in the practice.

After waiting 20 minutes, the tech comes out and calls me they take draw my blood because the doctor I usually see is not there to sign off on the paperwork. Come back Tuesday.

Not acceptable at all and I tell her that is not going to work. So now the receptionists are trying to get me to come in Monday and that is not acceptable also. Explain to them I am having a procedure done on Tuesday and pre surgery done on Monday and it will be at least two weeks before I can come back there to have my labs drawn. I then get told that I should have prepared better for this. WHAT? Try to explain that my NC doctor only decided on this at 330 yesterday and since my local doctor already had given me a lab slip, we just added on what she wanted. The receptionihst shrugged her shoulders at me and was like oh well.. Can't help you. It was not can't help you, it was we won't help you. They would not even draw the labs and have him sign off on Monday.

I am glad we are leaving this practice. Any doctor who diagnoses a patient with ringworm and it is actually ezema needs to stop seeing patients

So I had to go to the hospital which is ok, but they hate to fax the results to my local doctor since he is not on part of their hospital system. So now have to call their office on Monday and start nagging them to fax them to the doctor so I can them fax or scan them to the doctor in NC.

Then ran a few errands and started getting things finalized for the agent tomorrow.

The agent FINALLY calls me back. I am so disgusted already with her. Monday she was to fall our relo agent to ask one question, can we raise the suggested selling price to our house or not. Instead she asks them things we aleady told her like they are not going to pay closing costs, etc. that is on us,but she had to be a noisy person and find out about the details on the rJelo which honestly does not involve her at all.

Now sitting her wanting to do something to release how I am feeling inside and can't do it as I might never stop. Hubby stays out of anything involing the relo until it is time or papers to be signed and to look for a new place to live.

I so used to enjoy morning during our days in the military but back there we did not have a house to sell. Everything was simpler. Now this is the third house in 18 years and the most stressful one of all.

The guy about my computer and if they are going to pay for the repair yet.

Hang in there! At the practice I work at, folks would be fired for behaving like that, I'm sorry you had such a hassle but it sounds like you are leaving them, good for you!

emoticon emoticon emoticon Wow, I bet you'll be so glad to leave that doctor's group behind. Frankly, I would call (I know a hated word) the doctor and tell him/his nurse about the runaround you got from the lab. One of my doctors used to tell me to let him know if his staff gave me problems, because it reflects badly on him and he wanted to know what was going on.
As far as the Realtor goes, you have a douzy! Did you sign a contract with her?
I sure hope your relocation goes better on this end.
BTW, I thank your DH for serving and you for living the military life. God bless you both.

Sorry they are putting you through all that you don't need that when you are going for surgery as that is stressful enough.
