I had a GREAT day yesterday! I ate in my ranges, drank all my water, and strength trained... I did 2 sets of 12 lunges each leg, 1 set of 30 squats, and 2 sets of 12 push-ups. Oh and I also did 120 bicycle crunches. Today Im going to do 3 sets of lunges and push-ups, 2 sets of squats, and possibly 2 sets of the bicycle crunches. I also just got back from a 2.3 mile walk with a friend. I love when I'm on track like this. Makes me wonder how I get off track in the first place. When you do good you feel good. When you do bad you feel bad. Why do we do bad?? Such a conundrum... LOL

Well I hope everyone has a GREAT weekend. I'm going to take my daughter to see Disney on Ice tomorrow and cannot wait to see her face when we get there. Sunday were having a BBQ pool day with friends. Should be really fun! I love when the weather gets warmer...
