It's supposed to be two steps forward and one step back right? I think I am doing one step forward and two back lately, LOL.
So the injured neck and shoulder are wearing me down. It wakes me up several times a night and not sleeping right saps me of any reasonable amount of energy for the day. Hence, the workouts have all but stopped. I need to have something left for my job and my daughter. Yet I KNOW, yes I KNOW, that if I did at least a little something each day it would get better. Right now it's off to a 10 hour shift at work (ALL sitting with only quick restroom breaks) and perhaps I will feel up to a walk tomorrow. I guess I'm starting completely over.
This is depressing! Add to that the winter that won't end. I am positively ITCHING to get outside and do some real walking, to get the gardens going and I look outside and it's SNOWING right now. Ugh!
Clearly I need to toughen up, LOL.
