May Personal Challenge

I am really pleased with myself this week, started a new routine, gave up bread and (white) potatoes for awhile, sugar, anything that is white, so far doing great, have my sandwiches on a large lettuce leaf . I promised myself to exercise 30 min every day, so far have managed to double that number. No eating after 7:00 P.M. so far doing great, have been going to bed earlier because of it, hence getting more beauty sleep lol! emoticon

I start the day with 15 min of exercise before I even get up, leg lifts, crunches, arm stretches, and just general stretching all over!! I do a dance, then bike and a walk....spread through out the day!
I also do a session for my neck and arm which involves stretching, and bands!

No more excuses, I am doing this for a month to see what results I get, if the results are good I will be continuing on in the same manner. My goal is to get out of the 200's so will be working diligently toward that goal!
