So Im on here to really pay attention to what I eat, to make sure I am eating the right things and to lose weight. I have been doing this for the past three weeks. Great, right? No. I am not seeing the results I would like to see. I see people easily losing weight just by making minor changes, and it seems like I am giong nowhere. Im not saying I want to quit I am just saying I am currently very very very frustrated. What am I doing wrong? What do I need to change? I stay within my calories, I work out 4-6 times a week. What is happening?? Why am I not losing weight? Is there something wrong with me?

    Anika34 has hit on the major points--is what you're eating healthy? And how do you feel? Do you feel stronger, more energized, etc.?

I don't weigh at all. I measure only by whether or not I need smaller-sized clothes. It's worked for me through many sizes so far--but there were always periods, sometimes lasting a few months--when I didn't drop a size at all. So perhaps you're just going through an adjustment period.

At any rate, whether or not you SEE change, you ARE doing better by yourself by eating the right amount of healthy food and by moving your body more. Keep up the good work.

    Have you checked your inches? Are you drinking plenty of water? Are you eating healthy foods or fast food? I don't always go by the number on the scale when losing weight, I also go by how my clothes are fitting, and how I am feeling.
