First, special thanks to Mocoholo for introducing me to this community. I find it inspirational! I am not much of a blogger, no, that's not true. I dont blog. But, I am hoping, a little, to change that. So, forgive me if some blogs are quite short - like this one.
In anticipation of my yummy lunch date with my husband where we plan to eat Indian Food, I knew I had to burn more than my usual 700 calories at the gym today - so, I got up before dawn and headed to a spin class. Havent spun in years. I managed to hit my goal today in the gym of burning 1000 calories, so that should take care of my lunch today :)
The bottom line is, it is not about deprivation. You will never make it. It is about a lifestyle change, moderation, and spin class lol.
