Today is going to be very intersting. I have 2 workout appointments at the Y. One with my 12 week program coach and one with my personal trainer. They are purposely scheduled a couple of hours apart so I have some recovery time between session so Ross (my personal trainer) won't think I am slacking.
I am really looking forward to this because, when I got on the scale this morning, I found that I had lost 2 more pounds (for a grand total of 92 pounds).
I know I am going to get my butt kicked again, but I am actuallly excited about it.
