Well, in 4 weeks, I was able to drop 10 pounds! I can't thank Spark People enough because I know I wouldn't have been able to do it without them. I come to the site multiple times every day to track every morsel I put in my mouth. It has also kept me motivated to keep on exercising. I usually hate exercise and will find any excuse to skip it! But, the site just keeps reminding me that I need more minutes or calories burned. I am now exceeding my goal of 3 hours per week. I am riding my bike 10 miles every other day, using my Bowflex every other day, and as of tomorrow, will start Kayaking again. Yippee! I love Kayaking because it is so peaceful, but yet, a great workout. Anyway, going to get my cholesterol checked next week. Can't wait to see if my numbers have dropped considering all the positive changes I have made in my life style. All for now.
