I see the scale creep down...slowly and then back up again. This isn't a surrender as much as it is a statement of renewed commitment. It's time to get serious. It's time to write it down, work it out, and hold myself accountable.

    I had the same problem... I took it like a plateau since the same four pounds came up and down and didn't move from there.
My advice: stay motivated, look at everything you are doing, analyze everything with the knowledge you get from SP... Make sure you change your workout routine, make sure you eat enough, and the most important thing... If you realize you are doing everything as it is suppose to.... Keep going,,the scale will eventually move, but focus instead on the non scale victories in the meantime.
