The past couple days I feel like I have barely done anything. I went from walking 4 miles to 1 to half. I tried to go out today and get at least a mile but it started to rain and my daughter didnt like it too much. The day before yesterday we rearranged our living room and did quite a bit of work to the whole house yesterday so I feel like I got some exercise but it just doesnt feel like enough. I've tried to do workout videos before but its hard when you have a 1 year old hanging off your leg and getting in the way. I really need to stop procrastinating and finish the laundry. Maybe I can figure out a way to get a little workout from doing regular housework. Dance while vacuuming and make more trips to bedrooms when putting the laundry away. I think the 1st step for me to take is getting up out of this chair and away from the computer. Hope everyone has a nice day!!
