Adopted a new puppy today - Here's Buddy!

Friday, May 03, 2013

I've had Buddy for his first walk with me already, he's got little short legs but he's only 5 mth. old, a chihuahua cross...blonde... cute little guy. Now, he and I will have a reason to walk everyday. This is his 4th home so he needs a place to call home too.

I'll have to post a pic...he likes playing ball down our long hallways, he's already lost one of the balls, can't figure out where he took it into kitchen, but it disappeared.... he spent last 2 days at my niece's with her crazy dog, so I think he's a bit lonely...

That's wonderful that you have a puppy to keep you company and to have someone to walk with.

Congratulations! My dog has short legs, too. I have to be careful not to overdo it with him so to up my cardio I jog with high knees almost in place while he walks. I am sure my neighbors think I'm insane already so I don't care what it looks like! LOL
