This is the start of month 3 of the contest at work and while I have not been the biggest loser (and I am very happy for my co-worker who has lost 30 pounds) I have been hitting some goals myself. This month I lost 6 pounds
. I have been working out more and more and it feels great.
I did not hit my 1st big goal and that was to be under 200 by my vacation this coming week but I have lost 12 pounds and I have now pushed the goal back to be by my birthday at the end of the month... Maybe if I stop eating crap at night this goal will be reached by May 29.
