Biggest Loser at work update

This is the start of month 3 of the contest at work and while I have not been the biggest loser (and I am very happy for my co-worker who has lost 30 pounds) I have been hitting some goals myself. This month I lost 6 pounds emoticon . I have been working out more and more and it feels great.

I did not hit my 1st big goal and that was to be under 200 by my vacation this coming week but I have lost 12 pounds and I have now pushed the goal back to be by my birthday at the end of the month... Maybe if I stop eating crap at night this goal will be reached by May 29.

    Hi Pretty Girl, Even if you didn't hit the goal you set for yourself you did emoticon and you should be really proud of the 6 lbs this month and the 12 lbs total so far. I'll bet if you've been more active you are a bit trimmer. Nightime can be very tempting. Try brushing your teeth when you've eaten all you want/need for the day. I find that frequently deters me from eating anything else. Go out and take a walk, do something different from what you usually do when you are tempted to eat. emoticon Slow but sure and you'll be victorious. Have a great day. Pam
