I'm giving SparkCoach a trial run because I love finding new ways to motivate myself to keep improving my fitness activity. I wish, however, it was possible to hone the coaching in to that, rather than have such an intense scrutiny of how to lose weight. I want to talk to someone specifically about how to fuel my body for the movement I'm doing, and how to improve my pace and time running. I hate having everything about how I eat and move be related only to weight loss. I'll give it another month or so before I go searching for something else, maybe on a running site.
