Sleep Journal Day 5

Yesterday I had a very busy day with gardening and housework in the morning and then a trip to Fr Smith in the afternooon. I was able to do 60 minutes of exercise and more or less stayed to my nutrition plan but it was not what I would have normally eaten. I stayed within the calories but had a Wendy's junior deluxe cheeseburger for lunch which I normally would not have eaten and by the end of the day I realized I had no fruits and only two vegetables. My normal would have included several of each.

I didn't get outside much because of the rain and I have been spending at least half of every day outside lately and probalby sleeping better because of it.

Last night I went to bed at 9PM as usual expecting to read for a half hour and then go to sleep. I never have problems getting to sleep. Last night I went to sleep by nine and was awake in less than an hour, went back to sleep at eleven and woke up at 3:30 and couldn't go back to sleep. Tried reading and that didn't work. I had been bitten by fire ants two days ago and it was itching and burning from several bites. I put some cream on them but still couldn't get back to sleep. Finally I got up and did my Spark Coach for the day, then went back to bed, read for half an hour or so and went back to sleep at about six and slept until eight. That makes a total of seven or eight hours but very broken up and not too restful. I hope tonight is better
