Day wasn't so bad...well other then try to snack on only veggies...I'd rather just not snack at all-I hate veggies!! :(
I starting the day with using up 55 of my carbs so I thought it'd be hard to stick around the 80 carbs/day but ended my day with 79g carbs 81g protein 12g fat and 759calories this does NOT include the few veggies I had for a snack or the few berries either. I drank my amount of water I needed to, could have had more in the day b/c I was was up about 3x at night!
I didn't do my 45minutes of cardio before breakfast it just doesn't fit into most of my days but I did do 45 minutes about 3pm with 15minutes of running so I didn't keep it to light cardio. I do feel thinner today but wasnt' able to weight myself this morning.
Breakfast: Oatmeal w/blueberries and greek yogurt
Lunch: salad w/chicken and sesame dressing
Dinner: IsaLean Shake
Snack: not even 1/2 cup berries w/a few snap peas
Oh I did have 2 apple slices dipped in a tinny bit of PB (to show my son how to eat his!) lol
I can tell I do need more I figured last night when I was "starving" Id have cottage cheese but didn't end up eating anything else. I am going to the store today to get more veggies like celery since I do like that.
Bring on Day 2!!!
