I have a new rotation starting Monday. Unfortunately, I hurt my shoulder during my Get Ripped rotation. I won't go back to that rotation until September.

My plan is to do barre and cardio. Barre would consist of Squeeze, Bar Method, Burn at the Barre, Core Fusion and YBB. My cardio won't change much, step, BellyFit, Leslie, Jessica, Anna-Rita, Turbo Jam and Turbo Fire. I'm considering tossing in some Total Resculpt and Kathy Smith weight workout in. I don't want to lose the gains I made in strength so I need to do something. I know the weight work in barre workouts won't be enough to do that. I'm thinking 20 - 30 minutes of weights would help.

My only thought is can one do barre daily?! Just 20 - 30 minutes daily. Better do some quick research to be sure.

Remember, push yourself, you never know what you can accomplish.

    I'm very sensitive when I hear of shoulder injuries...I dislocated my shoulder last year...not fun! the bright side of that...after all the therapy, I decided to go to the gym for strengthening...
So please ...watch that shoulder!
