Weekly Weight-In

I'm a littel bummed out today. The scale went up and not down. I was trying so hard this week to lose at lease one pound and instead I went up. I hope I've lost inches. It is so daunting to do your best and you get no results for your hard work. I won't give up. Maybe my body needs to adjust to eating fewer calories and has gone into protection mode. I will continue to eat right and will strive to increase my workouts and wait for the changes to take place, gradually something will change. If anyone has any advice it would be greatly appreciated.
