Imagine looking back on your calendar and realizing that you've exercised every day for an entire month. How does it make you feel to stay so consistent with a healthy habit? In what areas of your life could you work on building consistency?
I can't even imagine it yet. I'm looking forward to it. One month. Then two. Then three. That'll mean I made it through my 12 week challenge strong. I can't wait. I'll bet it's an amazing feeling
